Debbie Gallimore is a serial entrepreneur with experience as varied as child care, architectural drafting, construction, real estate investing and development, and commercial and residential Real Estate Brokerage.
A former high school and college athlete and the daughter of a skilled tradesman, Debbie learned early in life that hard work and dedication are the bedrocks of success. She brings this strong work ethic to her real estate company, Gallimore & Associates, concentrating her company in commercial brokerage and facilitating development projects. Debbie works with investors, developers, and business owners who seek a broker/partner to bring, not just the usual brokerage expertise, but also a sounding board on development project ideas. Her recent and current projects include retail stores, restaurant, multi-use land development and office condos and stand-alone buildings.
Knowing that you must stay current to stay effective, Debbie is a North Carolina licensed Real Estate Broker, a Realtor, a certified Architecture drafter, a member of the National Association of Women in Construction, most recently pinned as a Certified International Property Specialist.
A native of New York, Debbie holds dual citizenship in the USA and Jamaica, lives in Raleigh, is the mother of a young man attending East Carolina University. To give back to her professional community, Debbie is a sought-after mentor and speaker for various professional organizations.
At Gallimore & Associates, Cole is responsible for property management, project management, and commercial real estate consultation. Over his career Cole has valued / underwritten ~$680.4mm in commercial transactions, managed ~$15mm in commercial upfit project volume, and managed >2.5mm square feet of commercial property. He has worked with a variety of commercial real estate property types (office, retail, farmland, industrial, residential land, and multifamily) and is well versed in identifying and analyzing industry trends across multiple asset classes.
Prior to joining Gallimore & Associates in 2020, Cole worked as a Land Acquisition Manager at KB Home in Raleigh and, before that, as a Property Manager at Colliers International (2017 - 2020). At Colliers, Cole was the primary account manager for Duke Realty's (REIT) 2.5mm square foot industrial platform in North Carolina’s Research Triangle region. Beyond this, Cole was responsible for managing ~800k square feet of commercial industrial assets in Greensboro, NC and managed~50k square feet of General Services Administration (GSA) occupied assets in the Raleigh market. Simultaneous to his property management activities, Cole assisted with a high-profile 60k square foot upfit for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Raleigh’s Wells Fargo tower and regularly performed deal valuation / underwriting for investment sales transactions.
In 2017 Cole worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at International Farming Corporation, LLC, a North Carolina-based real estate private equity firm focused on agribusiness acquisitions (>$1.5 billion AUM). From 2013 to 2015, Cole worked as an analyst with JLL’s Florida Capital Markets Group where he was responsible for financial analysis related to retail and multifamily commercial property. Before working at JLL, Cole spent time in London working for Freston Ventures, Sir Charles Dunstone’s London-based private family office / venture capital firm (>$1.2 billion AUM).
Cole graduated from Duke University with a BA in History. In his spare time, he manages The Trivium Club, a non-profit, non-partisan organization focused on fostering logic, rhetoric, and critical thinking skills in the local community.
